How does Microblading differ from a brow tattoo?
A: A tattoo needle goes down to the dermis giving you a more permanent brow where as microblading the pigment is deposited down to the lower epidermis making the pigment more "semi-permanent" which means yearly touch-ups are required in order to maintain the color and shape of the brows. If the brows are not maintained yearly the pigment will eventually fade out
Does Microblading hurt?
A: A topical lidocaine is applied to the skin15-20 minutes prior as well as throughout the procedure. Most people feel a stinging sensation during the first pass through the brow. Each individuals pain tolerance varies so it really depends on the person.
Will this harm my actual brow hair?
A: No, The microblade does not go deep enough into the skin to harm the hair follicles.
