Cancelation Policies
We understand life gets busy and unexpected things can come up! We value each and every one of our clients and want to be as accommodating as possible. Because of our high demand in appointment requests and to allow us to accommodate everyone we have a few simple requests that we have put into place to respect the business, the services providers time as well as your time.
-PLEASE GIVE US A 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS -PLEASE GIVE US A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL LASH EXTENSION FULL SETS -PLEASE GIVE US A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS
Any appointments that are canceled or changed within the policy time frame will get a free pass however, If it continues to happen repeatedly you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled or result in pre-paying for the next appointment. All no show/no call will be charged in full for the service scheduled. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment so that we are able to start on time for the client scheduled after.
